Stayed home today. Not having a good sleep because the pain in my back is growing. Dan was a little worried and had arranged for the girls to stay the night at Mum and Dad's for tomorrow night.

My back was okay but when it started to ache it was really aching. I waited to see how I would go through the night but if it was really playing up I would go to the After Hours tomorrow.
